GBFB relies on the generosity of local companies and your employees to distribute more than 82 million meals to our neighbors in need. You and your colleagues can bolster these efforts by participating in a wide variety of workplace giving programs:

• Give employees the option to donate through automatic payroll deductions.  Many companies allow employees to direct a portion of their paycheck to the charity of their choice. Every time they get paid, they put food on someone’s table!
  
• Organize a company-wide fund drive. Virtual fund drives are a simple, secure and easy way for employees to work together to achieve a fundraising goal. GBFB will provide your company with a free, personalized fundraising website through which donations can be made.
• Match your employees’ gifts. Many companies will match employees’ donations dollar for dollar. You can double the impact of your employees’ gifts and align the company with your team’s efforts.
• Match your employees’ volunteer efforts. Some companies will make a grant to an organization after an employee has volunteered. By coordinating a corporate team volunteering session at GBFB’s warehouse, allow employees to submit their hours for a designated dollar amount match.
