Food insecurity is a lived reality for 1 in 3 of our neighbors, but “Massachusetts can absolutely be a hunger-free state,” says GBFB President and CEO Catherine D’Amato.
“We have to act. We have to give our time, our resources, our money. We have to be involved in our community, and we have to help our politicians understand so that policies change for the good of everybody,” she continues.
As families contend with high prices across housing, childcare, and food, it’s important to remember that we all have the power to end hunger here.
